The Victorian Wound Management Clinical Nurse Consultant initiative aims to improve outcomes for clients in rural Victoria who are receiving Home and Community Care funded District Nursing Services (DNS) and residents of high level care Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) by strengthening the wound management practice of staff providing these services.
